Activity Meditation with Jennafer Martin

You don't need to be an expert writer or artist to use writing/journaling, drawing, or coloring to focus your mind and get inspiration. Join Jennafer Martin to try this hands-on meditation technique in a group setting. No experience writing or artistic talent is required. Pens, colored pencils, paper and coloring pages will be provided, but feel free to bring your own journal or writing/art materials as well. Ages 12 and up please.

This is a free event, but there’s a suggested donation of $5 per person to help cover the cost of the space and materials.
